PPGL Steel Sheet refers to galvalume steel sheets coated with a colored paint layer. It is a type of color-coated steel product that uses GL steel as the substrate, combining the mechanical strength of steel with the superior corrosion resistance of zinc-aluminum alloy coatings.
The galvalume coating of PPGL steel sheet is typically composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. This special coating structure provides outstanding corrosion resistance and long-term durability, especially in harsh weather and outdoor environments. In addition, PPGL sheets offer high thermal reflectivity, which helps improve heat resistance and energy efficiency.
PPGL steel sheets are available in a wide range of colors and surface finishes, making them suitable for both architectural and industrial applications.
